Amazon FBA reimbursement service

You’re juggling listings, ads, inventory… the last thing you need is to babysit Amazon for reimbursements.

If you’ve been selling on Amazon for a while, there’s a good chance Amazon owes you money. And the larger your catalog, the more SKUs you manage, and the longer you’ve been using FBA, the bigger that amount usually is. Despite the potential, Amazon FBA reimbursements are often one of the most disliked and most complicated parts of selling on Amazon.

Why? Because Amazon doesn’t make it simple. To claim your own money, you’re expected to dig through reports, match data, identify discrepancies, calculate the amount, and file perfectly formatted cases, all within Amazon’s strict time windows. Miss a detail or miss a deadline, and your claim is rejected.

What we’ll need from you to get started?

01

Access to your Amazon Seller Central account

We need access to your account so we can pull all the reports, check inventory movements, and review fees. Don’t worry, we only look at what’s necessary for the audit and reimbursement process. Your login info stays secure, and we handle everything from there. Having full access lets us spot missed reimbursements quickly and ensures we don’t overlook anything that could cost you money.

Product and inventory details

The more we know about your products and inventory, the easier it is to identify discrepancies. Things like SKU lists, shipment records, and product descriptions help us match errors with claims. Your Questions, Answered

Simple answers to make things clear.

What is an Amazon FBA reimbursement?

An FBA reimbursement is money Amazon owes you back when inventory is lost or damaged in its fulfillment centers, returns are mishandled, or FBA fees are miscalculated. Most sellers are owed somewhere between a few hundred and several thousand dollars at any given time, often around 1 to 3 percent of revenue.

How far back can I claim FBA reimbursements?

Amazon tightened its deadlines in October 2024. Most manual claims for inventory lost or damaged in a fulfillment center must now be filed within 60 days of the loss being reported, down from 18 months. Customer-return claims run roughly 60 to 120 days after the refund, and removal claims 15 to 75 days from shipment creation. Missing the window means the money is gone, which is why ongoing monitoring matters.

Does not Amazon reimburse me automatically now?

Amazon does proactively reimburse many warehouse lost, damaged, and customer-return cases. But it does not catch everything, removal claims still have to be filed manually, and automated reimbursements are sometimes underpaid. We audit your account to recover what the automation misses and to challenge cases that were settled too low.

How much does your FBA reimbursement service cost?

We charge 15 percent of the reimbursements we actually recover, not of the claims we submit. There are no upfront or hidden fees. If we do not recover anything, you do not pay. You only pay once the money lands in your account.

Is using an FBA reimbursement service against Amazon's terms of service?

No, as long as claims are based on genuine inventory discrepancies. That is exactly how we operate. Mass-filing speculative or invalid claims does violate Amazon's terms and can risk your account, which is why every claim we submit is backed by documented evidence.

Why are my reimbursements lower than the sale price?

Since 2025, Amazon calculates many lost and damaged reimbursements on estimated manufacturing cost rather than selling price, which reduces payouts on high-margin products. Keeping accurate cost records and submitting your cost data helps you avoid Amazon's lower internal estimate. We manage this for you to maximize each claim.
